Overview
Military man 70 years old mentions the only people who got to take a break in the military were those who smoked during the time he was in service. It’s been difficult to break the habit for so long, he needed a different approach.
Solution
The objective is to apply standard hypnosis, over the course of 3 sessions – resetting the habitual programming his life ingrained into his system, associating options when the urge arises.
Result
After standard hypnosis for his smoking sensation tied to relaxation, he was also given options to replace his habit when taking a break or relaxing. He has now quit 2 packs a day over the 40 plus years of this habit, in just 3 sessions.
